Toyota: Unintended Acceleration Still Present on Post-Recalled Vehicles

Due to the recent issue of death of a whole family whilst driving in their Toyota vehicle, the giant Japanese car maker recalled millions of their vehicles which were reported to have unintended acceleration problem.
